Twilight’s newest breakout star Xavier Samuel shopped alone in Yaletown yesterday. As reported last week, Xavier just filmed what’s slated to be the opening scene in Twilight Eclipse – a major coup considering his character in the book barely gets any airtime. Hollywood’s treatment and subsequent improvement of the source material however, adding tension and real drama and expanded role for Xavier, was perhaps inspired by his talent and potential. Full Story

Exclusive This is Xavier Samuel on Wednesday night shooting Twilight Eclipse soaking wet, filming in the fake rain over and over again. My source tells me he’s wearing a wetsuit under those clothes to stay dry/warm(er). This is why he appears to be a little more robust. Last night the Twilight Eclipse crew was back to work shooting under a bridge a “Seattle” scene with Bryce Dallas Howard and Xavier Samuel as “Victoria and Riley”. Victoria seduces Riley so that he’ll carry out her orders to make new vampires. As you can see, they’ve wigged out Bryce’s hair to resemble Rachelle Lefevre’s. Full Story
