Eric Bana Gossip
Eric Bana at the Melbourne International Film Festival with wife Rebecca Gleason the other night rockin’ some tight curls to go along with his little, little lips. Relax. I know it’s not a perm. But that is some serious coil, non? Still… am told Eric Bana is a popular entry on the Freebie Five. Full Story
It’s the ultimate Rossum Would You Rather Challenge! Rossum vs Criss Angel… Right??? See attached of Criss Angel with Wilmer Valderrama at some party in Vegas the other day and Emmy wearing two near identical virgin dresses to the premiere of Speed Racer at the weekend and last night at the LG launch in LA. Still not down with his little lips but am definitely, definitely down with Eric Bana’s parody of the GMD. LOVE Eric Bana!!! Explanation: Eric in the new GQ – had no idea he used to be a stand up comic. No idea he was so funny. Turns out he’s great at celebrity impressions – two in particular: Arnold Schwarzenegger and… Tom Cruise. Full Story
Three kinds of beauty represented tonight in London for the premiere of The Boleyn Girl. All balanced out by Prince Charles’s wife who was there as well. Here they are – Natalie, Scarlett, and Eric heavily promoting their movie not too far from where Anna lost her head. Imagine if they had the premiere at the Tower? Spooky. Full Story
Turns out yesterday’s Bana post was quite popular. Back by popular demand – Eric today in Berlin at the photo call for The Other Boleyn Girl. Enjoy. Photo from Wenn.com Full Story
A Valentine biscuit from me to you – many want him on the Freebie Five so here’s Eric Bana arriving in Berlin today to promote The Other Boleyn Girl with Nat and Scarjo. Definitely a hunky beast and very good hair and devoted to his wife but as mentioned before it’s his mouth. His mouth is too small for his head. Full Story
It was slated for a December release, at the height of awards contention, the junkets were actually scheduled for around right now…but then about a month ago, The Other Boleyn Girl disappeared off the circuit, yanked by the studio with no explanation, and slotted instead for a February release – no man’s land. Winona Ryder is now confirmed to play Mother Spock to Zachary Quinto’s Young Spock in JJ Abrams’ remake of Star Trek. Also tapped for the new movie are Chris Pine (Lilo’s love interest in Just My Luck) as Capt Kirk and the hotness Simon Pegg as Scotty. Inexplicably, Eric Bana has been cast as the bad guy. Full Story
At Book Club last night, we actually talked about heading to see it together - the film adaptation of a book we read and discussed a couple of years ago called The Other Boleyn Girl starring Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman. Boleyn was supposed to be an Oscar contender, with a release date originally scheduled for December when award season hopefuls try and sneak in under eligibility deadlines. Full Story
Dear gossips,
Gotta give it to all you moms and dads out there. I had the privilege of looking after our two nephews and niece (Oliver 7, Noah 5, and Veronica 3) for the ENTIRE day on Saturday. We spent part of the day at Oliver's hockey tournament and the other part of the day at a place called Go Bananas. Needless to say, I am exhausted. I am also however very unhappy to report to y'all that Mullets are alive and kicking and in Canada. Like vermin, I fear they will never be killed off the planet. On a side note, I am convinced (along with every other proud aunt) that Oliver will be the next Peter Forsberg - born in Canada, of course - and hopefully in 10 years, our entire family will be living off his spoils just like the Federlines.
I'm telling you this because, as many of you know, I have not had a chance to reply to your emails. However, since it's a slow season in smut to begin with, I'm totally ripping off Ted Casablanca and throwing in a mailbag Q&A. If you want to, you can skip it…but I'm in a revealing mood, and you just might find a few bonus clues hidden in there somewhere.
In today's issue: the latest on Nick & Jess, speculation about Ashlee, Tom & Katie reach out to the young'uns, Scarlett in the UK, and some shameless self promotion while we're at it.
