Guillaume Canet Gossip
First ad of my Marion Cotillard in her new campaign for Dior atop the Eiffel Tower wearing a killer dress designed by John Galliano promoting the bag featuring the unique tower pattern. Divine. More images will be released later this month via LadyDior.com. Marion, the reigning Best Actress Oscar winner, has been busy shooting Nine in London but was in NYC last week with boyfriend Guillaume Canet doing regular gorgeous French people things like bikeriding and shopping at Whole Foods. BIG upset! Huge upset! Julie Christie was rolling over everyone this season – and it was thought to be a done deal at the BAFTAs too. She is British after all. But it was Marion Cotillard tonight who surprised everyone. On the carpet and on stage. Note the tears in her eyes in the press room, completely stunned by her victory. Full Story
If you haven’t already, you must must must see La Vie en Rose. My earlier review can be found here. Marion Cotillard’s portrayal of Edith Piaf is nothing short of genius. And if she doesn’t receive an Oscar nomination, it will be a f&cking travesty. Full Story
