I was bad yesterday. Started off really great. And then it just got so busy. The energy however is still there. A three hour nap helped too. It’s mid-morning that’s the most difficult. And when it gets difficult I want dimsum. Like good wholesome Chinese. Chicken feed. Pork dumplings. Fried rice, of course fried rice. They don’t serve this at the International Broadcast Centre. That’s a good thing. And a bad thing. This is what happened yesterday:

2:30am – Breakfast: yoghurt parfait. I love this. But I can never finish it. Keeps me full for several hours.

9:00am – Lunch: Tofu rice wrap. A little bland. Could use some dressing. Or oyster sauce. You see how I’m craving Chinese flavours?

9:30am – Always after lunch I need a sweet. Today the snack is New York Cheesecake. I inhale it.

12:30pm – 3:30pm: Sleep

3:30pm – 11:30pm: work

12:30pm – 2am: sleep

It was so busy I forgot to have dinner. I thought they’d have some passed hors d’oeuvres at the Omega party but I arrived too late and by that time they were serving cakes. Then it was over to the Shaun White party where the only consumable available was Red Bull. By the time I got home it was too late. So there’s an extra entree in the fridge. Or there was an extra entree. Jacek was too lazy to go get food last night so he ate it. And guess what? Jacek the picky, “I hate bird food for girls” eater declared that the chicken dinner was good.

Will try to be better today.
