Vestir’s International is a relatively new label that’s already has made its mark in India and the UK for its trademark exquisite detail and vivid color. Starting out primarily in the business of import/export and 3rd party fulfillment, Vestir’s has carved a niche in the industry with its bold prints and embroidery – think holiday and sand and what you wear between the breakfast buffet and the pool.
Starting in Spring 2014, Vestir’s will be available in North America for the first time with a line of beach cover-ups as well as versatile dresses and tops. I’m all over the drama of some of these pieces below that you can transition right into night time with a different pair of shoes and reassembling the hair, after the salt has made it a little kinky. Right?
Here are a few standouts:
The first piece (1), with the animal print, is giving me a serious Fergie vibe, and some Celine Dion too. This is how I imagine what Celine would wear while she watches her twins playing on the waterslide park that’s ON HER PROPERTY.
The second piece (2) reminds me of JLO. There’s something in the pattern here that’s not unlike her infamous green dress with Diddy at the Grammys, remember?
This (3) piece is for the Asian in me. Japanese gift boxes are often patterned in these colours. It’s such a pretty mix.
And I like the muted stripes in the fourth (4) here because it’s almost a neutral. Any pants, any cut, and colour and you have an outfit.
