I've had clean cold turkey breakups but more often than not I've had breakup-makeup breakups when it's not quite over until you try it one more time and remember clearly why it should be over.

Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper broke up before Cannes. He was seen in London getting flirty with a brunette and then during the festival partying all night with a cranked out fugitive called Lindsay Lohan.

During this time, Amanda seemed adorably well behaved in LA, photographed in sweats almost every day, leaving the gym, walking her dog, shopping at a health food store, never on the club scene, getting ready for her next project.

And this weekend he joined her. They looked happy. It's always happy at the beginning. And he looks great too. I like how his body is wearing those shorts. Apparently they spent the weekend reconciling at her place, a much better publicity mention for Cooper than his last association with Lilo. But is this permanent or temporary?
