Also a pale lip. See what I mean about all those pale lips? Didn’t bother me as much on America Ferrera as the others though with her beachy hair and that beachy glowing skin over a beachy-ish dress, and besides, I was distracted by those earrings.
On the carpet, they looked red. I kept thinking they were red earrings. And then I realised when she was presenting that they were actually gold. They only looked red because they were picking up all the red from the red carpet. But that’s cool, right? Very cool. Especially since I’m not sure she and her stylist would have been able to predict that effect. It’s a happy surprise. It’s fashion science! This is probably not as exciting to you as it is to me.
