Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt went out on Friday night to the Troubadour. I was juuuust watching a documentary on the plane last night called Sunset Strip that chronicled the history of Sunset Blvd. Part of it was about the club scene – Ciro’s, the Troubadour, then places like Whiskey a Go Go…
I’m not one to want to have been alive at any point other than right now but it would be cool to time-machine it back to the day, just to experience that time in music, when so many greats passed through on their way.
Brange was there for Miyavi, a Japanese musician who was also cast by the Jolie in Unbroken. The previous night, George Clooney was presenting his new fiancée, Amal Alamuddin, and her ring to several of his friends in LA. At any point last week, you think Brange might have been in on that? I doubt it. But we should Gossip Genie that right now, right now, right now.
Amal’s ring is an emerald cut. So is Angelina’s. We need the paps to get that shot too.
