I grew up listening to Abba. Because all the adults in my life listened to Abba. I was 7 when Super Trouper would have been getting major play. And that’s how Abba introduced me to Glasgow. No, not geography class, but Abba. So now, whenever I see the word Glasgow, most of the time the song comes in my head.
This is Angelina Jolie with her twins in Scotland today, about 40 minutes outside of Glasgow, enjoying the 10 acre Carnell Estate Mansion where they’re all staying while Brad Pitt shoots World War Z. It sleeps 20. And, as I noted the other day about the size of their entourage etc, they are probably using every single room. Can you imagine? What a production. So that’s how they’re spending their time the next 2 weeks or so. Imagine? Summer in Scotland on these grounds? I would totally send in an application if they ever decided to adopt adults.
