It’s a relentless attack, the third directed at Ashton Kutcher, and for the second week in a row, Star Magazine’s cover story, due out on newsstands tomorrow, will feature Ashton’s alleged infidelity. Click here for a refresher.
Now there are text messages, supposedly from Ashton to the trick who claims they were intimate when Demi went out of town. The one they printed on the cover seems innocuous enough but if they’re real, they certainly establish that the two do indeed know each other, this despite Ashton’s legal team’s rather weak statement a few days ago questioning Star’s accuracy without actually denying the specifics of the story.
"Star Magazine continuously publishes lies about Ashton Kutcher and many other celebrities. This is not the first, nor will it be the last time they engage in reckless conduct."
Last time Brittney Jones claimed that she and Ashton had amazing chemistry but that he called it off because “he said he couldn’t justify a relationship with me and that he didn’t feel good about hiding it. He said that he felt bad that he had been with me and that he didn’t like sneaking around behind Demi’s back.”
Now Brittney is opening up her Blackberry and earning some cash money while she’s at it. I hear she shopped her sh-t around to several publications before landing with Star. Totally skeevy but ...given the brazen aggression with which Star is pursuing the story, and their cavalier attitude to Ashton’s empty legal threats, where I was initially dismissive about all of it, it’s becoming increasingly hard to remain skeptical. I guess it could explain, as many of you have posited, why Demi keeps taking her clothes off on Twitter and has been extra “hubby” loving it with her tweets.
But, but, but...
It’s Star Magazine....
