Pleats! Disco pleats!

The UK tabloids put this look on their Worst Dressed List. Um… I don’t get it. To me, it’s perfect. It’s fun, it’s fresh, it’s definitely not boring. Why would she put this aside for some boring ass lace sh-t from Elie Saab?
