The Pitts are spending the holidays in New Orleans – seen here on a bike ride earlier this week with Maddox and Miss Zahara enjoying some family time before the awards season rush kicks in in January.

So far, Angelina has been nominated for Best Actress at all the major events which means Pitt Porn on the red carpet to welcome 2008! As for 2007 – the two have made it through another year of togetherness despite weekly reports from Life & Style and In Touch and Star on their impending split.

And while the Family Pitt is obviously not splitting up, Grazia Magazine claims to have secured a new interview with Angelina discussing how Brad helped her through the loss of her mother and how her grief affected her weight:

"Brad is just a great friend and when my mother passed, he was extraordinary. He spent the night asking me and my brother about our mother and got us to tell funny stories about her. He focused on all the love and joy we were fortunate enough to have had.

I have always been lean and this year I lost my mother and I’ve gone through a lot. I want people to understand who I am as a person is not somebody that’s trying to look thin, but just trying to work through a very difficult year.”
