So her mother is back in her life, she’s apparently passed several drug tests, she’s actually managed to stay off the club scene for almost a week… and in her mind, it’s a complete turnaround. Which is why Britney’s legal team is heading to court this morning to ask for expanded custody visits that will enable her to keep her boys overnight.

In response, KFed is llivid. Or at least his lawyer is. The reaction as follows:

"The fact that a party, one week after a full court hearing, attempts to change
the orders of the court, in the absence of an emergency or without any new facts, suggests a continued lack of respect and understanding for what an order of the court actually means."

So basically he’s calling her stupid. And indeed she is. At the same time however this request is one of the first official demonstrations we’ve seen in a long time that she actually wants her kids in her life. Sure… the attempt to modify the court order is perhaps premature but at the very least the inclination is there. A good sign, non?

Still…some things never change. Britney went shopping yesterday and was of course swarmed by paparazzi. This time however she appeared angry and frightened by their presence, repeatedly muttering that she was “over” being photographed – this from a girl who has allegedly made deals with pap agencies in exchange for personal leaks. You will note however that while she claims to be disturbed by the camera crush, she also decided to step out of her house with her dress unbuttoned and no bra...no chicken fried surprise.
