Love it when Cameron Diaz goes on press tour. Every day it’s a new outfit. Every day, usually, it’s something interesting. Every day, usually, it’s not Jennifer Aniston wearing out black. Or, for that matter, Angelina Jolie.
Cam is now in Europe, kicking off publicity for Bad Teacher which opens on June 24th. She posed at a photo call in Spain today, very much the headliner for this movie. And if we want to continue the conversation about females in comedy, on the heels of the success of Bridesmaids, Bad Teacher could extend the little win streak we have going. I loved the red band trailer. I really, really, really want it to be good. Mostly because that way maybe we can make a funny movie with girls without setting it in the context of a traditional “girly” theme. Like a wedding or having babies.
Anyway, am posting the Bad Teacher red band trailer again so turn it down if you’re at work. And as for Cam, we’ll probably be seeing her every day for the next week or so, just a heads up. The Bad Teacher New York premiere happens on June 20th. Already she’s making a pouty face that ARod is supposed to be on the road in Cincinnati with the Yankees that night. You think they’ll ever walk a carpet together?
