Thanks to everyone who wrote in yesterday asking where to find the cargos after this article. I did some searching and compiled a list of some good starting points. Most of the messages were from here in Canada but if you’re in the States or somewhere else, you are blessed enough to have all the great online stores that don’t bone you with customs charges, so I trust that you’ll be just fine.
Across the country:
Holt Renfrew has a great selection of Paige, J Brand and Hudson. Also hit up Aritzia, they have their own Cargo pant (TNA Wilfred collection) and they also carry the J Brands there, so lucky you if they look good on you.
Also one really great reader suggested these cargos from Ann Taylor Loft. She just bought two pairs and loves them, plus the price is fantastic! Click here.
For the Hudsons in particular check out “Plenty” at the Robson or Broadway location. I called yesterday for you and they apparently have them in stock.
I called Twist and they have the Paige in right now and the J brands are coming in next week:
2952 West 4th
T. 604 732-0199
Fab Clothing has a great denim bar and they have the J brands in now:
2305 41st Avenue West
Vancouver, BC V6M 2A3
Again check out Holts and Aritizia and if you’re looking for the Hudson’s I was talking about.
These two stores have them in stock:
315 Lakeshore Road East
Oakville, ON L6J 1J3
Leamington, 5b Talbot St W
The Hudson olive cargos are at Rococo Boutique:
2534 Daniel Johnson Blvd.
And for Calgary peeps:
Coco and Violet
2500 4 St SW
Calgary, AB T2S 1X6
I also read that ‘Genealogy’ in Calgary has a good selection of denim too so check it out if all else fails.
Good luck and send me pictures (if they look good)!
I also got a response from Gina who wanted to know what brand boots Rihanna was wearing at the airport in the picture below. I love them too! But unfortunately I don’t know the specific ones she’s wearing.
However here are some suggestions to get the same look at probably half the cost of whatever brand she’s rocking.

Thanks again for writing in! And fire away if you have any burning style questions!
