Change?

Please.

How long have I been saying that Chris Brown hasn’t changed? Again, it’s not that forgiveness is not possible. It’s that it has to be preceded by contrition and real accountability, both of which have been lacking on his part.

Brown was on Good Morning America today trying to promote his new album. Robin Roberts kept asking him about the time he beat the sh-t out of Rihanna. Remember that, errrm, little “mishap”? Brown did not want to discuss it.

“It’s not really a big deal to me now as far as that situation. I think I’m past that in my life.”

So we’ve gone from “mishap” to “it’s not a big deal”. Awesome.

Apparently Roberts, and good for her, kept at it for quite some time. Robert Downey Jr still fields questions about his drug past. And, frankly, he handles it pretty graciously. This is what happens when you F-CK UP and so publicly. In Brown’s case, given that so many of his fans are young girls, it’s almost DUTY for Roberts to see if he can prove that he’s no longer dangerous to them.

Needless to say, Brown thinks enough time has passed. That we should just forget about it and BUY HIS ALBUM. He didn’t appreciate the line of questioning. So after the interview, Brown went back into his dressing room and smashed a window. Because that’s how you show people you’re not prone to violence anymore.

TMZ reports that he threw a chair against the glass. Some of the glass fell into the street. Makeup artists and other staffers were frightened and contacted security. Brown was still irate and confronted a producer. Then he ripped his shirt off, bailed on another engagement, and left the building bare chested.

Click here for a photo of the broken window and a short video. Look at that motherf-cker’s body language. Look at his punk ass shrug. He’s a loser. He is still a loser. And we were right.

Guess what asshole? Thanks for making us right.
