It’s really too bad Faith Hill and Tim McGraw didn’t pose at the photo wall last night at the BMI Country Awards in Nashville. This pink printed dress is probably the best thing she’s worn in a long time. You know who did pose at the photo wall? Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. She’s one of the few who can wear a mullet dress and make it high class.
Even though the event is obviously a big enough deal to draw all three of country music’s major couples, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton didn’t pose at the photo wall either.
If Blake Shelton were named PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2014, I’d be OK with that. But since he’s also a judge on The Voice and PEOPLE already gave it to douchebag Adam Levine last year, I don’t know if that’s possible. They’re f-cking stupid for not giving it to Blake last year.
You know when I fully submitted to the Blake Shelton sexy? I mean I could always see it but I only really FELT it when he lipsyched on Jimmy Fallon a few weeks ago. It came on suddenly. I was watching on my laptop, sitting in an airport lounge, with no expectation and then he’s in front of a microphone being goofy but awesomely virile at the same time and before I knew it, he and I were the stars of a horny book in my imagination.
Not that I don’t love that he loves Miranda Lambert. My point is – it should have been him.
