Demi Moore’s ridiculously preternaturally preserved face showed up at the A&E Upfront yesterday in New York. She walked the carpet with Amanda de Cadenet. The two are collaborating on a new show called The Conversation for Lifetime, part of a multi-project development deal Demi has just signed with Lifetime that will see her working more behind the camera. She’s apparently also producing a couple of scripted dramas.
But first The Conversation. Lifetime has ordered 8 episodes based on Amanda’s web series featuring hour-long celebrity interviews:
“Famous women will sit down with de Cadenet to touch on topics that relate to women everywhere.”
That might be the dumbest sentence I’ve ever read.
Said Demi of The Conversation:
“The Conversation provides an intimate and inviting environment for women to share their challenges, provide insight into their own personal solutions and hopefully inspire others in the process.”
Fine then. Does that mean you’ll provide insight into your own personal solution re: your face? Because that might be the best service you can share to the sisterhood, even if we don’t have your crazy amazing genes.
