Loved George Clooney in ER. LOVED him.

Next year is the 15th, and likely the last, season of ER and executive producers are preparing for the end, hoping to bring back original characters including, yes, Dr Doug Ross and nurse Carol for at least an episode.

Hope. Not will. But hope.

Obviously it’ll take some serious convincing for George to reprise the role. But he’s a good guy. And it’s a finite commitment. And it’s a great goodwill gesture for a budding entertainment mogul. And it feels like something he’d do just because it’d be a classy move, non?
