Elisabeth Moss has been making some solid career choices outside of Mad Men in advance of the series finale. Her performance in Jane Campion’s Top Of The Lake was widely acclaimed. Her new film The One I Love, in theatres this month, is receiving decent reviews. And now it’s being reported that she’s being considered for season 2 of True Detective, alongside Colin Farrell and Vince Vaughn. According to The Wrap Michelle Forbes is up for the part too. She’s been working on The Killing, although most of you may know her best as the demon cattle lady from True Love. I think I might like the Moss, Farrell, Vaughn combination more. And that seems to be what people are fixating on. Obviously because Peggy Olson is the bigger name but also because they also think it’s time for Elisabeth Moss to go next level.
