Yesterday in New York - here are Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling hand in hand after lunch, not ducking into garbage bins and running for cover in the presence of the paps. Thank you. It’s not ideal, no. Am I crazy? I found it...underwhelming. Like LA Confidential for the people who watch Fast & Furious and Jersey Shore. Must just be me. I do however very much enjoy what it is that Gosling is doing with his voice. It’s...higher, right? Tighter? These are the details that make so many of his performances so great. It’s also why it’s a f-cking joke that Justin Timberlake now has the same job title. Think about what Ryan Gosling does. And then compare it to what JT does. How is that the same???
