Fan Bingbing at the Shanghai International Film Festival. Did you hear about the social media fight she got into with Wang Sicong this week? Wang Sicong is the 27 year old son of the richest man in China. He recently posted a photo of his dog wearing two Apple watches, one around each leg. Each watch is valued at $10,000.

Anyway, Sicong took a shot at Bingbing earlier this week, calling her a frivolous celebrity who’s only famous because of the red carpet and not for her talent. No doubt, Bingbing is totally a fashion girl but it’s not like she doesn’t work. It’s not like she doesn’t act. She acts. A lot. And besides, coming from him, this is kind of, well, rich, isn’t it? So she put him on blast, posting this message online:
“You look for your dad, and I will live my life. We can consider that a self-improvement!"
Punk.
Anyway, let’s stay with the animal theme. Because her dress. Do you love her dress? The print makes the dress here and it’s adorable it but it’s also an excuse, because of the cats, to post the first trailer for The Secret Life Of Pets which just dropped yesterday. The movie comes from the same people who gave us Despicable Me and it doesn’t come out until next year and if you’re thinking of dismissing it because you don’t have a pet…how about the cast? The pets are voiced by Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet, Kevin Hart, Ellie Kemper, Lake Bell, Jenny Slate, Bobby Moynihan, Hannibal Burress and Albert Brooks. But you don’t even have to hear from all of them in this preview to laugh, several times.
It’s the lip smacking when the first dog wakes up off the couch. And when she turns to her friend across the alley whose plan for the entire day is just to wait at the door until his owner comes home. TOTALLY. But then comes the cat. I don’t even like cats. But this cat’s expressions at the fridge? These expressions are killing me. And what happens at the end just sent me over. I can’t wait to see this movie.
