Let’s back up for a minute though. Gwen was on the radio yesterday with KIIS-FM talking about her new song Used To Love You. While explaining how the song came together, she gave us the timeline of her split:
"The song was not written that long ago. Like, I want to say maybe a month and half ago, which is crazy. I had been writing because my life blew up. Everybody knows that my life blew up last February. I'd just been dealing with that. Unexpected. I was going along thinking that was going to be the rest of my life and it's not. I don't know what happened. I've always wanted to write music so desperately because doing it is one thing that really validates me for myself."
February.
And US Weekly is now reporting that February is when Gwen found the suggestive texts and the nude photos that Gavin and Mindy Mann, the nanny, were sending back and forth to each other on the family iPad. Apparently the iPad was linked to Gavin’s phone and one of the other nannies busted them and told Gwen about the affair.
The cloud. The cloud will f-ck you every time.

So Gwen fires Mindy and confronts Gavin. US’s source claims that Gavin denied penetration, insisting that he was just “flirting”. A few months later he finally admitted it which is when Gwen taps out for good.

And he’s the one trying to leak to TMZ that she was impossible and difficult? Sure, Gavin. Have fun with that. He was famous for 5 minutes 20 years ago. This is when fame works in her favour. And right now she is slaughtering him. That timeline? When she mentions February and a day later US Weekly does the same?

Now just a few days later they follow with a cover story about the nanny and specific details about how Gavin got caught?
Coincidence or conspiracy?
