A radiant Gwyneth Paltrow – at least I think so – hit up the Chelsea Flower Show the other day to promote her cookbook titled Notes From My Kitchen Table in London. I heard somewhere that the reason for the change is that there is already a book in the UK called My Father’s Daughter and/or that it was a publisher’s decision based on what would appeal to each demographic. Anyway, it’s not like this never happens. The one that bites my ass the most is the way they changed Harry Potter & the Philosopher’s Stone to the “Sorcerer’s Stone” just for the US.
So now that I’m out of France and back at home where there are no viruses and/or pickpockets attacking me –did I mention I was PICKPOCKETED??? Maybe another time…. – I’ve been able to watch the full Graham Norton/Lady Gaga/Gwyneth Paltrow/Geoffrey Rush exchange from a couple of weeks ago. If you have 15 minutes, I highly recommend it.
First of all, because Gaga has so much f-cking charisma. I love her. Then, because I know you cannot help yourself from watching Gwyneth and wanting to pour acid down your throats later, well, of course during the course of this clip we learn that Gaga and Gwyneth know each other. And that Gaga even gave G her cologne. You will however take pleasure in the fact that next to the personality of Gaga, G does in fact come off a little wet towelly. It’s amazing. Sometimes the best gossip is watching two stars side by side. Nothing dramatic has to happen. It’s all in the observation.
