"They"ve called me a whore, a gold digger, a fantasist, a liar, the most unbelievably hurtful things, and I"ve stayed quiet for my daughter."
Ummmm…really?
Does a tearful appearance on GMTV constitute as quiet? And how about the legal leaks? How did details of her baseless allegations against Paul McCartney manage to make their way into the papers?
And still Heather Mills is complaining that she’s been vilified and nearly destroyed by the press, even while she uses the press to achieve her objective.
It’s masterful, non?
Highlights of her pity party below:
- Heather says she is £1.5 million in debt from legal fees
- she says she has considered suicide for her daughter’s sake
- she claims constant harassment from the media including over 4,400 articles slandering her good name (apparently she keeps a scrapbook?)
- she denies she has been offered millions, denies turning down millions
- and of course she accuses Paul’s side of inciting the hate against her, of turning the public tide in his favour.
Notable quotes and commentary:
“These (settlement) figures are made up, £100 million, £50 million, £20 million. How do you know if I even want any money? I am £1.5 million in debt in lawyers" fees. That"s as much as I can say or I go to jail, for telling the truth.”
How do you know if I even want any money?
If she didn’t want money, why prolong the battle? Why hire Diana’s lawyer? Why drag this sh-t out for months and months. If a peaceful solution is what she’s after, and if money has nothing to do with it, if simply starting over and protecting her child are the primary objectives, what could possibly be achieved in a bitter battle dragged through the courts? Would Paul McCartney really let his youngest grow up in squalor?
Bitch… please.
"There is so much fear from a certain party of the truth coming out that lots of things have been put out and done, so the police came round and said, "You have had serious death threats from an underground movement".
She’s clever, isn’t she? She knows how to whet an appetite. You hear her statements and automatically it’s a smutty tingle. Phrases like “the truth coming out” and “lots of things have been done” only tantalise an audience – it appeals to the salacious in everyone. Which of course brings us back to those accusations: that he beat her one legged ass, that he made her crawl up the stairs, that he used drugs and alcohol, and something about a bedpan too that I can’t be bothered to remember.
What’s easy to forget however is that Sir Paul hasn’t talked at all. Stoic and silent on the one hand, ballroom dancing, tearful histrionics and television tell-alls on the other...
And who exactly is being run over by the media?
"I haven"t used the press for anything but my charity."
Snort. Denise Richards has more credibility than this woman. Speaking of … why aren’t they best friends?
