Last night in New York at the Museum of Modern Art for the Global Poverty Project, Hugh Jackman arrived with wife Deborra-Lee, all smiles and in great spirits as usual, ever the most obliging star. Which is perhaps why Spittle seems less vile to me in these photos. I mean he’s still gross, but maybe not as offensively so as usual standing next to Hugh’s charisma. Hugh handed him a tolerable pass.
Hugh begins work on the next Wolverine in March under the direction of Darren Aronofsky, an inspired choice and even Hugh has said that:
"This is, hopefully for me, going to be out of the box. It's going to be the best one, I hope. Well, I would say that, but I really do feel that, and I feel this is going to be very different."
The story will take Wolverine to Japan and the script was written by Chris McQuarrie (The Usual Suspects) which is why there is already a lot of optimism surrounding the project. And Hugh has already started training to get back Wolverine’s body. The movie will open some time in 2012.
