Dear Gossips,
I mentioned this yesterday but it must be repeated: really appreciate how considerate it was of the Brange to drop their marriage news on us yesterday instead of today, before we all take off for the Labour Day long weekend. On Friday, before a long weekend, you really don’t want to work that hard. You don’t want to have to scramble. Thursday is good. Thursday you’re still focused. Friday is all about your boss letting everyone go early and, if you can get away with it, coasting through the morning.
It worked out for everyone. Except, maybe, Jon Voight. Who wasn’t invited. And now he’s talking to anyone who will talk to him, including the Daily Mail, telling them that he’ll be going to Europe to see Brange and the children next week…
Dude. No wonder you weren’t invited. It’s the Daily Mail. Don’t be surprised if they don’t open the door.
It’s been such a great year in gossip so far. And it always picks up in the fall. Enjoy this holiday weekend then. No blog on Monday but we’re balls in on Tuesday.
