Dear Gossips,
What do you think Gerard Butler was thinking when he first read the script for Playing For Keeps? What do you think his agent was thinking? Or, do they expect us to believe that between their first reading of the script and the movie’s release in theatres, it all went from brilliant romantic comedy to one of the worst films of the year and it’s totally not Gerry’s fault...? But who did they think it was for in the first place? No doubt, there is a certain female demographic, not unlike its male Furious and Fast Transformers counterpart, that has demonstrated that a good story and certain standards are not important ...and even THEY turned away from this sh-t. Playing For Keeps is only scoring 2% on Rotten Tomatoes and it properly bombed at the box office this weekend. So Gerard Butler is making sh-t that even regular sh-t watchers won’t even watch. Is it fair to keep asking these people to pay for 10 tickets at a time?
