Today is Johnny Depp’s 52nd birthday. Do you think he thinks about the number? Conveniently a new poster for his upcoming film, in which he plays Whitey Bulger, has been released. Meanwhile he continues to work on Pirates 5 in Australia, monitored by drones. TMZ has the video. Not sure who sent the drone over but I also happened to read an article this morning about how “dronies” are replacing selfies.
Let’s say you’re out for a bike ride. Or a date. And you have a drone. The drone will follow you, shooting the entire time. It’s the new extension of vanity. Because now you can be the star in your own film. This is your own movie montage. Drones might be especially advantageous for Twi-Hards. Remember those Ian Somerhalder fans who were scolded by him for waiting outside his hotel on what he called “my day”? (Click here for a refresher.)
