Do you find that the people who say they don’t take themselves too seriously are almost always people who actually DO take themselves too seriously?

Jennifer Aniston claims she doesn’t take herself too seriously. She tells this to Allure Magazine. She’s on the new cover promoting Just Go With It, the new comedy with Adam Sandler.

"I'm actually comfortable in goofdom. Not taking myself seriously is one of my favorite things to do, because I don't. Ever."

How does one actively not take themselves too seriously? She’s talking in platitudes again. Something that people who don’t take themselves too seriously never do, right?

I wonder if she’s exhausted. It must exhausting trying to be someone everyone wants you to be.

As for the photos…

She looks good. Maybe a little over airbrushed but good. And, obviously, very fit. As evidenced by the shot of her with her pyjamas open on the top. The fringe however…especially when she makes an “oooh” mouth like some kind of sex kitten… the fringe does nothing for her nose. Look at it. Suddenly Jen has a nose like Posh. It’s the craziest thing what hair can do to a person’s face.

Speaking of hair….

She regrets the famous “Rachel” cut. She says it was ugly. Looking back, it was indeed ugly. But that “Rachel” was why she became who she is, the most famous of the six stars of Friends, though I suppose Brad Pitt helped with that a lot too. And here’s where I have some sympathy for her. Because knowing that you owe it to your hair and your husband, every single day, must really suck.
