You ready?
The FIFA World Cup starts tomorrow. This is why no one in Europe will be going to the movies for an entire month. This is why Laura, our supervising producer on The Social will be screaming at the television for an entire month (or less – ha!). She’s Italian.
Jennifer Lopez was supposed to perform at the World Cup opening ceremony tomorrow. Then, a few days ago, it was reported that she’d cancelled because of production issues. Her rep however has made a statement to confirm that she will indeed be there:
"Jennifer has always wanted to participate in the World Cup opening ceremonies. We have been trying to work out scheduling and logistics. Any statements to the contrary were premature. Jennifer would not want to disappoint her fans or fans of futbol. She will be there."
She better be.
Brazil? Summer? SINGLE?
Of course she’ll be there.
This is the time. She’s been de-slummed. There are options now. As many options as possible are great. Just… don’t MAKE THEM YOUR HEAD CHOREOGRAPHER AND GET INTO BUSINESS TOGETHER. Or get married!
