A lot of people don’t like this dress. I think that’s crazy.
I love how the bust line goes UP instead of straight across or sweetheart or V. You can rarely go wrong on an off-the-shoulder, especially when there’s so much structure to it. And then the delicate pleated chiffon hem detail at the bottom?
Come on. What’s the problem???
