Pipsqueak Justin Timberlake, an avid golfer with supposedly a 6 handicap, will be the 14th (terribly unlucky number) celebrity in Tour history to host a tour event as it’s just been announced that the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open will go down October 2008, the first of a five year contract. JT has committed to teeing off in the tournament’s celebrity pro-am on the Wednesday before the start of the four day tournament proper and will also perform during the week.
Says Pip: "I couldn"t be more excited. We will make sure to make this event unique and memorable, and we will raise money for charity while participating in the greatest game ever played. ... Raising money to better children"s lives while playing golf? I can"t think of a better way to pass the time."

Give it a month - bet your boob job she’ll be photographed “surreptitiously” by the paps at the driving range and then on the links. But of course.
