Kate Beckinsale wanted a pop of colour for her travel outfit. So the bright heels. She never misses an opportunity to overdress. She wasn’t, however, overdressed at her destination – to the San Francisco Film Festival in a half sparkled blue jumpsuit which I don’t actually hate because of the length of those sleeves.
