Two weeks from now, Prince William will be married to Kate Middleton. When do we start calling her Catherine? I mean, I know the palace has officially started calling her Catherine but when do WE started calling her that? Is it when we stick a Princess in front of her name?

For some reason when I say Princess Catherine in my mind I always think of Catherine Oxenberg. Amanda Carrington!

Anyway, 80s reference aside, as we approach the final stretch, Kate and her sister Pippa, Prince Harry, and all the little flowergirls were at Westminster Abbey today for a wedding rehearsal. William wasn’t around because he’s still in Wales at the air force. As far as I know, there are no photos and they’ll keep her tightly guarded and undercover so as to build anticipation for when we next see her in full glory, in whatever dress she’s chosen, as prepared as anyone has ever been to be the wife of the future King of England. As I have said several times already, this is a girl who has been training for it since they went on their first date. She went for it. And she’ll hold on to it too. You’d be amazed at what these girls can withstand, the least of which is being the most photographed woman in the world.

So…will you be watching?

You can watch us on CTV! We’re live for 7 hours starting at 3am ET with 5 positions in London along the route and at the Abbey including Trafalgar Square, Canada Gate at Buckingham Palace, and the Duke of York steps, where I’ll be reporting from with the crowds. If you’re there, come find us! Tell me what you think of my hat!
