Dead Accounts opened for previews on Broadway last night. This is Katie Holmes’s first time on stage since she escaped from Tom Cruise in the middle of the night, clutching her baby and a temporary cellphone. No proper reviews at press time but PEOPLE reports she was warmly received. Of course. And if she wasn’t warmly received, or if there were those who say she sucked, they wouldn’t report it anyway.
