The Style Awards happened last night in New York. Katie Holmes was there to present an award to Carolina Herrera, her first official appearance since telling Tom Cruise she wanted a divorce through her publicist and just two days before she presents her Holmes & Yang collection for the first time at NYFW. That black shirt looks great on her. It’s all great on her right now. As Tom Cruise is eating a new round of sh-t resulting from the Vanity Fair piece about his wife auditioning practices, Katie continues to ball her way through life after Xenu, having reportedly just signed a lucrative cosmetics deal with Bobbi Brown. According to Page Six the contract was completed on Tuesday and she’ll start appearing in the brand’s ads next year.
Can we please hold hands and enjoy this together? Check out Katie who just got out of a Church marriage hugging Amy Adams who plays the wife of a character based on the Church leader in The Master. Let me just pretend that they talked about it. Let me just pretend that Amy tells Katie to see the movie if she ever doubts that she did the right thing.
