Little Sci is to blame

How many times have we looked at a Katie Holmes outfit and asked what is that f-ckedupNESS that you are wearing? Thank you Lafayette. We have Little Sci Suri Cruise to blame. At least that’s what Katie says.

It’s a new interview with New York Magazine under the pretence of “fall fashion” but really, they probably just wanted to get up close and observe her freaky zombie life for themselves. This after all is the woman who gifted us with the phrase: He makes my life. She’s good for this sh-t. And she claims that it’s her daughter, the Little Sci, who chooses her clothing:

“I grew up the youngest of five, so there were a lot of hand-me-downs that I would sort of change up. And Suri and I do that now with her clothes. Or rather, she does it. She says, “I want this sleeve cut,” and it’s like, “Okay, we’ll cut it.” She picks out all of her own clothes and has since she was 1½. Tom and I went to the Met ball a couple of years ago, and I had this beautiful red gown and these royal-blue shoes that I wasn’t planning on wearing, but Suri made me put them on and so I was like, “Okay, I trust you.”

Am attaching the Met Gala photos below.

What else can Little Sci do? Can she fly? Um, soon. The way Katie talks she’s already developing a new branch of quantum physics. Here’s my favourite part of this interview:

“Whatever (Suri) wants to do, I know she’s going to be amazing at it. I’ve already started my applause, and I will be applauding for the rest of my life.”

Like, that’s how you know when something is really good. It not only makes your life, it has you applauding for the rest of your life. She’ll be applauding for the GMD for the rest of her life.

“...I mean, he’s Tom Cruise! His body of work is incredible. Every movie he’s done has done really well. I look back, and everything’s a classic. I definitely come home and say to him, “So, imagine a scene … how would you play it?” And he’s helpful and sweet and gracious. He’s quite an incredible human being.”

You see how it’s the same? The GMD is the same. For him it’s all magnificent, marvellous, fantastic, incredible, amazing, terrific ...

Life is superlatives. Xenu speaks in superlatives. It’s gush or go home. Only in KatE’s case, she does it with half her brain mass removed. I can feel the hypnosis even through the word on the page. Click here for the full article.
