It’s my first party in Vancouver!

VitaminWater will keep you hydrated throughout. Or if you choose a different ‘hydration’ route, Peroni will provide the evening’s beer. Vino Allegro will supply Mistaken Identity and Dunham & Froese wines as well. And to soak it all up, snacks and bites will be provided by the Opus Hotel and Pop Chips.

A make-up bar by Yves Rocher will be available throughout the night. Tips. Touch-ups. Product.

L’Oreal Professionnel will be on site with a stylist for hair styling tips and share some of the latest products.

Then we gossip at 8pm. Smutty revelations! Space is limited at the venue so we will not be providing seating for the session, but I’ll try to keep it short. We can catch up one-on-one after the Q&A anyway. Apologies in advance for the sore feet but maybe some blind item reveals will keep your mind off. I won’t judge you if you slip your shoe off and rest your foot. This is how I survived the film festival. The DJ will take over after that and we can freestyle the rest of the way.

Before the night is finished, we’ll be announcing the grand prize winner: a $500 French Connection gift certificate courtesy of and awarded by our gracious hosts for the night. What do you have to do other than look good? The judge is from FCUK. They’re partial to their own clothing and have asked that if you want to be considered for the prize you wear at least one piece from FCUK. If you don’t, no worries, you won’t go home empty-handed. Everyone leaves with a gift bag with product provided by the above sponsors, including a Kotex travel kit.

There is no charge for admission but you must be 19 years of age or older. If you’re interested email [email protected] with Vancouver Party as the title before Noon PT Thursday, September 22. Include your first and last name in the body, and (ideally) the first and last name of your guest if you are bringing a guest. If you do not state his/her name, please indicate whether you’ll have a plus one or if you plan on coming alone. Space is limited, so if you don’t use your extra spot or if your would-be guest is confirmed separately to attend via his/her own RSVP email, let us know and we can invite more gossips to join us.
