Good dress. Love that it’s a turtleneck (Sasha said turtlenecks will be big this season) and I’m still all about the cutout shoulder but I think what makes the dress extra and maybe not just a club dress is that the wrap around is hemmed with a thick black strip instead of having the silver studs go all over the place with no breaks.
Those bangs though. Nope.
