Roger Friedman who is several cuts above Life & Style, and Star Magazine, and In Touch is reporting today that Lindsay Lohan and Sean Penn were “nuzzling” last week in New York. Sean hosted a dinner party to celebrate Milk and Lilo apparently showed up without Samantha Ronson and before long, she and Sean were huddled together intimately before taking off together to an afterparty.

Do you believe? Wouldn’t put it past her. Wouldn’t put it past him. He was taking home multiples in Cannes earlier this year, partying til dawn, and Robin Wright wasn’t included.

Still, Lilo insists it’s bullsh-t, taking to her MySpace to refute the rumours, claiming that the only truth about her life will come from her, in her words:

today i was out with my friend Jamie and paparazzi wouldn't stop asking me where samantha was. and i'm not writing this blog because i feel like i need to prove that i'm with my girl to anyone at all. but because it's just annoying. and i want to vent. and i love myspace because it allows me to vent without having to deal with the noise of the "tabloids" and "stalkerazzi's" ....

all in all-they should just stop asking altogether, once and for all if she and i are broken up because frankly, if we ever ever did.... i would say it before they could even think of asking. i'd say it here probably... i say everything here on myspace. okay. well, i hope that all the gossip magazines and sites, and lurkers read this cuz it's not true. ahh! i love myspace because i can just write, and i love writing, and i can prove all the liars wrong... wow- the people that make sh-t up must really feel silly, embarrassed, out of stories, scr*w*d, f*ck*d, punk'd, and so much more. because, i can use myspace and just let everyone know what's really going on. which is so much more fun! cuz now, people can get to know the REAL me. yay!

Having said that, Samantha was not seen with Lindsay yesterday when she went shopping but she was with Lindsay last night at Dominick’s in Beverly Hills. Thanks Liz!

According to other diners, Lilo and Sam enjoyed a chill night with friends. No paps, no drama, just cigarettes.

So as of last night, yes, still together. Because she probably couldn’t f-ck a job out of Sean Penn. He’s a horny bastard, but he’s not stupid.
