For some reason, this collection is reminding me of his time at Gucci – Rock Glam, as much as I hate that expression.
The leather detail is exquisite. And what sets these dresses apart – not just short, tight, beaded, and lace – is the richness in the colours. Look at that teal with the yellow and blue accents. And its red counterpart, at once wine and rust and maybe even a little purple. I’m a little disappointed though that he’s sending them out with those cut-out booties. I feel like Tom Ford is better than those shoes.
