Who’s the Lupita of 2015?

NO ONE!

There’s only one Lupita Nyong’o every year but this year, none of the nominees are really breakouts in the way that Lupita was a breakout. The closest, I guess, would be Felicity Jones. But there’s not the same buzzzzzzz surrounding Jones. And, you know, another reason there’s no Lupita of 2015 is because, well, the Oscars certainly don’t look like Lupita this year, do they? Happily, Lupita will be there as a presenter since she’s the reigning Best Supporting Actress Oscar winner.

Here she is getting papped out in LA this week. She doesn’t get papped a lot when she’s out. At the airport, sure, but not like this, in cute casuals and cute as hell. This should be a habit.
