Did we agree that we all kinda worry about Macaulay Culkin? He ended up hating it, didn’t he? The fame. He just could never get comfortable with the fame. And all the other personal struggles that he had to manage under the weight of the fame. For a while there it looked like he was doing so great.
And now?
Here’s Mac yesterday in Pomona, CA with his band, the Pizza Underground. A lot healthier. Hopefully a lot happier. Much better.
Next year is the 25th anniversary of Home Alone. 25 years! It stands up though, non? Is that what you call a double-edged sword? Because Mac really did have that “It”. And I wonder if there was a time when he hated it.
