I watched Jacek watch Spy on a plane. You ever do that? You love a movie, you think it’s so funny, you want to share it with the person you love, so you spend more time looking at them than you do the screen? And it’s the best, isn’t it? Same thing happened with The Trip. I watched Jacek watch The Trip on a flight to the Maldives. At one point, there were tears coming down his face he was laughing so hard. It’s a really great memory.
So that’s what I think about when I think about Melissa McCarthy and Jason Statham together in Spy. They were hilarious together in the movie and they were really, really cute together last night. I never thought I’d want to see them giggling together but now that I have, I need more of it in my life.
