How disappointing…especially given his involvement in the classic Old School and association with what they call the Frat Pack, I actually thought Luke Wilson might be cool. Then again, Gwyneth did leave his sorry ass unceremoniously so I suppose it should have been a sign of things to come? Apparently he’s a first class fraud, a diva on the set, impossible to work with – so say sources from his new movie with Kate Beckinsale where he often shows up hung over and boastful about the previous evening’s conquests. Class. A. Luke’s demands have bordered on outrageous including banning everyone but the director from his line of sight when shooting and refusing to stand in during reversal shots when he is technically off camera but needs to be there for Kate’s on camera delivery. Their feud has supposedly turned so ugly that she has now bailed on doing her reversals, sending someone with a note instead, pretty much telling him to jump up her ass. Kate Beckinsale has some spunk...kinda makes me like her more…You? Funny thing is Luke is due to co-star next with Jessica Simpson in Blonde Ambition. And in light of these revelations about his sh-tty attitude, I’m thinking the hook up casting is really rather brilliant. This is exactly the kind of prick she would worship. And Luke is exactly the kind of prick who just might tell Joe Simpson to f&ck right off. Win.Win. Source
