It was released in theatres as one LOOONG movie – Grindhouse presents Death Proof directed by Quentin Tarantino and Planet Terror by Robert Rodriguez who, despite the fact that he’s a cheating slime, is one sexy motherf&cker.

Owen Gleiberman from Entertainment Weekly has called Planet Terror “an instant classic” and while both films received largely positive reviews, most critics also seemed to agree that Planet Terror was slightly more entertaining.
