The new Sussex residence

Kensington Palace confirmed the other day that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle would be moving out of Nottingham Cottage on the grounds of Kensington Palace in London to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, on the Windsor Estate. Frogmore House is where they had their wedding reception. Frogmore Cottage faces Frogmore House and it’s currently being renovated to accommodate the growing Sussex family. Full Story

Harry & Meghan at the Royal Variety Performance

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended the Royal Variety Performance last night in London. It was her first time at the event. They sat in the royal box and met with some of the performers, including Gary Barlow and the cast of Hamilton. There was a lot of belly-cupping. Prince Charles’s 70th birthday party

The Queen hosted a party to celebrate Prince Charles’s 70th birthday last night at Buckingham Palace. It was a private event so the only photos available of the royals you care about were the ones of them arriving. We’ll get to the young royals later. Prince Charles is 70 years old today. To commemorate the milestone, Clarence House has released two new family portraits featuring Charles, with Camilla, joined by his children and his grandchildren – his Dynasty. These were taken in September.  Here’s the first, more formal shot, although the Sussexes still managed to squeeze their signature touching in there with Prince Harry’s hand sitting on Meghan Markle’s hip:           Full Story

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wrapped up their first overseas tour on Tuesday and reportedly flew back to London yesterday. By all accounts, it was a smash hit. They kicked it off with a major announcement, they hit up as many destinations as possible, there were huge crowds at the walkabouts, Royal Meghan gave three speeches, everyone was delighted, the coverage was everywhere. Full Story

Almost there. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have just completed their second-to-last day of events on their first overseas tour. They visited the Northshore Riding Club where they competed against each other in a “wellie wang” (tossing rainboots), and planted a tree for the Queens Canopy, and met with Pillars, an organisation working with children of prisoners, and there was a walkabout, and then a reception at the Auckland Museum War Memorial. Full Story
