Daniel Craig flew back to New York from London yesterday with his wife Rachel Weisz and her son Henry. His wife. That is still trippy to me. You? I do however like the subtle affection Daniel seems to have for the boy, even though he’s obviously uncomfortable being photographed. Check out that amused smile he has for Henry who, on the contrary, is more amused than annoyed that so many photographers welcomed their arrival.

Daniel is returning from promoting Cowboys & Aliens all over Europe which didn’t change the fact that it’s gotten its ass kicked at the box office in North America. Like, James Franco and Rise of the Planet of the Apes is doing better than C&A. I’m telling you: Olivia Wilde.

The disappointment of Cowboys however hasn’t really slowed Daniel down. The career is still very, very healthy as he prepares to go into the next Bond and, they say, another Dragon Tattoo Girl movie is inevitable. He and his wife, actually, have this in common; they’ve hit their professional stride almost at the same time. Rachel has several films in post-production, including a Terrence Malick project, and Oz: The Great and Powerful just started shooting in Michigan three weeks ago. She plays one of three witches alongside James Franco, Mila Kunis, and Michelle Williams directed by Sam Raimi and scheduled for release in 2013. Needless to say, this is supposed to be a major movie event. Suddenly Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz are Mr and Mrs Blockbuster. When did that happen?
