Even Robert Pattinson, the boy playing Edward Cullen in Twilight, can’t stand Edward Cullen in Twilight.

Rob appeared at a superfangirl and superfanmom screamfest the other day in New York and was asked who he preferred: Edward or Jacob – to which he replied:

"I'd go with Jacob. Jacob is way more interesting...If you have a girlfriend that's like Edward...yeah, you're hot and everything, but just shut up."

Indeed.

Just. Shut. Up.

And that applies to Stephenie Meyer too.

But what really gets ‘em going?

The similarity between Rob and Edward? Well…they lost their sh-t.

This may not make sense to you right now. But Twilight opens Nov 21 and is projected to make $50 million plus in its first weekend. Edward is everywhere. Ugh. Of course I’m totally going.
